Karate training

Karate teaching

  • Teaching Karate full-time, up to 40 hours a week in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg, South Africa at Dainfern Golf Estate, Blair Atholl Golf Estate and Copperleaf Golf Estate, to approximately 200 students (ages 4 years up to 2nd Dan) on a weekly basis. The dojos regularly produce a number of South African champions and black belts. One of the dojos’ recent successes was to produce a 10-year-old student representing South Africa at the JKA Junior Karate World Championships held in Limerick, Ireland (2017).
  • Team Coach for the South African JKA Karate National Team (2014, 2017, 2019).
  • Appointed as Chief Instructor of IJKA SA (2021).
  • Head Coach for the IJKA South African National Team (2021).
